What happened to the idea of dirt bikes/track at the ranch? What’s the story with the long horn cow? Can we have the goats eat away shrubs in creek to make it more accessible for kids to play? How’s garbage program going, positive, negatives.
Could we bring ranch house down to $100 a night? $175 seems a bit much for something we all pay into. Can the a path to the “fishing pond” be cleared so it’s accessible by car like it used to be? Does the pond have any fish in it?
