Golf Cart Rules/Regulations
R-Ranch Golf Cart Storage Rules
1. Temporary Golf Cart storage is a privilege for all members in good standing.
2. The Golf Cart storage is located in the lot behind the ROA office.
3. Operations of Golf Carts on the Ranch are discussed further in the Rules and Regulations handbook.
4. You must register your Golf Cart in the office before storing your Golf Cart in the Golf Cart lot. 5. All Golf Carts must be registered in the members name and share number.
6. All Golf carts must have the share number and registration sticker clearly displayed on the rear of the Golf Cart. Number must be visible.
7. Members must respect other members rights, privileges, and personal property.
8. All Golf Carts must be maintained in an operational condition, including proper maintenance and condition of tires and covers. All carts must have a proper cover made for goif carts on them with the member number painted/marked on the back of the cover. Numbers must be visible. Tarps are not permitted.
9. Members are responsible for keeping their storage area clean.
10. No property other than a properly registered Golf Cart is allowed in the Golf Cart storage area. No Bar-B-Q's, Sewage tanks, Propane tanks, Carpets, Bikes, Tires, Etc. are allowed. Any items other than the cart will be considered abandoned property and will be removed from the area.
11. Golf Cart Storage is not allowed anywhere on the ranch other than the Golf Cart storage area or on the members registered campsite.
12. If a member loses their Membership in good standing status due to money owed to the ranch however caused, or any other Board of directors sanctioned action, Golf Cart privileges may be revoked.
13. Failure to comply with this agreement will result in a written warning, fine or impound and will ultimately result in suspension or termination of privilege to Golf Cart storage on the ranch.
14. Golf Carts must be used seasonally. Golf Cart storage is temporary and should be used as such, Owners of golf carts not having been operated at least once in a three-month period will be asked to remove the Golf Cart from the premises.
15. Please let the ranch office know when you check onto the ranch that you will be using your Golf Cart during your stay.
